Johanna is one of Finland's leading family lawyers with more than twenty years of experience. After having worked more than ten years at some of Finland’s leading law firms with taxation matters, company law and private clients, she founded Attorney at Law Familja in 2014 to focus primarily on international family law.

 

Johanna has a true passion for multicultural environments. She has a master’s degree in law from both Finland and Sweden in addition to having studied international child law at the University of Manchester, UK. Johanna is also a trained mediator.

​Silva got her master's degree in law from the University of Stockholm in 2022 and from the University of Helsinki in May 2023. She joins Familja to strengthen the team and be a part of the exciting development of Familja.

Silva is interested in international family law and has studied law at the University of Fundação Getulio Vargas in Brazil as well as interned at a law firm in Brazil. Silva's mother tongue is Finnish, but she is also fluent in Swedish, English, Spanish and Portugese.
